Signore Luigi Pinguini wears a beaded hat and a fabric scarf (optional), anxiously waiting for the New Year to arrive.
He measures about 6.0 x 4.5 cm and he’s been woven around a bottle cork (optional) using peyote stitch.
His narrow base is open so he can decorate the bottle for the holiday table, or you just can use him as an ornament.
The green penguin wears a hat with a white rim. You can choose to weave the hat with the white rim, or without. Both options are included in the tutorial.
